Lambo Estoque 4dr set for launch
Lamborghini is poised to revise plans to launch a four-door supercar, previewed by the Estoque concept shown at 2008’s Paris motor show.
CEO Stephan Winkelmann told reporters in the US that “a third model would fit Lamborghini very well”, and “a four-door car would be a very feasible approach”.
The Estoque was ....ved last year due to the global financial crisis, but it may now be revised to help reverse Lamborghini’s falling sales.
First half sales this year were down 18 per cent on 2009. Winkelmann said a third model would need to provide “a real leap” in sales.
