الى كل عضو من الاخوه الاعضاء والاخوات :

هااااااااااااااااام جدا ولازم كلنا نعمل ده لو سمحتم .

هنبعت الشكوى دي للايميل ده واللي هو بروتون نفسها

ولكن كل واحد هيبعته من على ايميله

عشان بروتون تعرف اننا مش واحد بس اللي بيطلب ده

ده الايميل اللي هنبعت عليه ( i.care@proton.com )

هتكتب في النموذج ده بينات عربيتك واسمك وتليفونك كمان ولو حابب تحط رقمي انا بدلا من رقمك وتكتب ادمين المجموعه اتفضل ماعنديش اي مانع .

بحلفكم ماحد يتقاعص ويكسل واللي مايعرفش ازاي يبعت يكلم اي حد يساله ولو انا بردو من عينيه

الناس بمجرد ماتشوف ده ياريت على طول تبعته وانا اول حد هيبعت دلوقتي والناس اللي موجوده وقت مانكتب النموذج دلوقتي ان شاء الله

Some of these goals:
1 - high cost of spare parts are not realistic
2 - cost of the cost of repair is also more realistic
3 - the presence of defects does not have the ability to deal with them in some cars

and more of the goals also .

يا جماعة معلش بس الصيغة فيها بعض الغلطات .. وكمان هما ماشي دخلوا علي الفيس بوك هيفهموا اية المكتوب ؟ لو نفرض انهم هيترجموا ده صعب لانة مكتوب بالعامية .. وصعب يجيبوا حد عربي يترجم لهم او بيفهم عربي كويس الا لو الموضوع كبير جدا وقوي !! ..

انا بفضل ان كل واحد يكتب صيغة بنفسة بحيث ماتكونش متكررة ومش يشكوا ابدا ان واحد بس هو الي باعت بس من ايميلات كتير عن طريق ايميلات مسروقة وعاملها اتوماتيك ..

الصيغة مليانة غلطات لغوية عموما كل واحد يكتب الصيغة المهم الكل يبعت :]

مش مهم ان فيها غلطات الراجل عاوز يساعد في ناس الانجلش بتعها اخرو صباح الفل وماء القشطه دا مجرد اقتراح بشكل الرساله مش اكتر وكل واحد يكتب ال3 نقط دي زي مهو شايف

On behalf of all Proton Cars' owners in Egypt , we would like to convey our complaints about the agent for Proton cars in Egypt "Ezz El-arrab" .

1- We are all suffering from the high cost of the spare parts that are being sold by this agent, since it is too expensive relatively to its competitors from the other automotive brands in Egypt.
2- The cost of the services in this agent is also high .
3- The defects that appear in Proton cars are not being handled in a professional way and in case-by-case manner, and in some cases are not handled at all.
4- The price of the car itself is too expensive and is getting higher and higher every year without any clear reason for this increase in-spite of the new experience for some of the new models like SAGA in the Egyptian market.

Eventually, we are looking forward to have such communication link between the customers of Proton cars and the manufacturer , since we believe that Proton deserves to have more efficient, highly performer agent in Egypt, who has the capability to push-up the sales of this great brand and to satisfy his customers . We believe that the sales of this brand in Egypt can be increased dramatically if the agent in Egypt increased his flexibility, dedication in customer satisfaction, and if he has a real marketing and sales plan . We also will be glad if there is any collaboration between you and the Egyptian government or the investors here in Egypt to construct a production line for Proton in Egypt to cover north-Africa and middle-east area which is in fact a promising one for you.
