Structural Engineer with a background in Telecom Antenna Supporting Structures

This role represents an opportunity to join a well respected and successful global business. Our company is one of major contractors in Middle-East region, we manufacture, supply and implement infrastructure solutions for telecommunication networks. we are using our own softwares for "Analysis, Checking, Design & Shop drawings of Towers, Masts & Poles. and the selected engineer will be one of software developing team.
Typical Duties:
Responsible to plan and conduct independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques. Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, and experience.
Feeding the software application developer with required data and design parameters.
Review shop drawings
Testing software output drwaings.
Direct and supervise Application developer, Designers/Drafters activities.
Education/Experience/Skills:
B.Sc or B.Eng in Civil and / or Structural Engineering.
Familiar with structural design softwares "StaadPro, AutoCAD, MS Tower".
Familiar with International engineering standards "BS EN40, AASHTO, ILE".
Thorough knowledge of civil/structural design and engineering techniques.
Aware of Programming langauges "C#, C++,.." is desirable.
Two years of experience or less.
