علي فكره انا كاتب هناك علي كل المواقع دي الي حصل بالظبط و امبارح جالي ميل من واحد اسمه محمد مراد هناك علشان تغيير العربيه

Actually I was disappointed that I bought a car from your respectful dealer in Egypt and also I am
disappointed as I set that below mentioned mail to the below mentioned names in Egyptian
Automotive & Trading Co. but no one reply
1- Dina Hanna
2- Mariam Hebeish
3- Medhat Ismail
4- Noha El Milligy
5- Hani Attia
6- Customer Care
But in fact they are so respectful, and no one reply me till now that mail was sent to them via
Volkswagen Egypt
I bought a golf 6 2011 last July exactly 3rd July 2011 Chassis number (WVWZZZ1KZBW170916)
After 1000-2000 KM,
The problems start with me, we arranged an appointment with care center .we received a wonderful
reply, from the Engineers their his name is Eng: Mahmoud (Do you believe that Germans make
something bad) actually no comment)
That situation was happen with my wife in Obour services center, and of course nothing happen
After 5000 KM
It was the time of periodic examination of car in Egypt, and still there was a problem in gear box, the
flasher appears in car’s screen, which indicated problem in gear box, the Eng. Their update the software
also, telling my wife that everything will be ok, the car only need update.
In that times the car completely stopped from my wife around one or two times and my wife completely
shut down the car, remove the key from its socket and after 5 minutes turned on the car and was fine,
she considered that was software problem, but she did not ware that it was problem in somewhere as
the gear box stop moving, the position letter flashing, alarm from car, and brake stuck under her leg.
Second time with her, was better, as the gear box was not stuck, so she moved the position to N, and
pushes the car after turned it off, for 5 meter, then the car turned on, till now we did not understand
why that happen
At 8723 KM
DSG completely stop working, we went to Obour center, explaining the situation with
Eng. Mohamed Ali and make the periodic examination of car as I all times did it earlier due to
operation condition in Egypt. As the car stopped from me, RPM dropped from 3000 to zero suddenly,
Gear box getting stuck, cannot move it, brake getting stuck under my leg
And I received the below mention massages from car’s computer
1- TCS error problem
2- Lower left beam problem
3- Brake oil problem
4- Mark of gear box appeared in screen
5- Alarm like Beep continuous
Actually Eng. Mohamed Ali was so nice and meet me in very nice way, take me and examine the car,
put car on computer, he discovered the car’s computer did not register any problem, so he advised me
that he will take measuring reading and send it to technical support and will wait their reply, I receive
the care without solving the main problem, and after some days the problem happen, went again to
Eng. Mohamed Ali , he said to me the he just receive a reply , advised to change the control unite and
I let the car for him at 9th January 2012 receiving at 11St January 2012 , he emphasized to me that the
problem will not happen again . Till that everything was ok, and I was not pest off my wife’s car that cost
me 205K EGP Egyptian price
At 10177 KM
Faced the same problem
1- TCS error problem
2- Lower left beam problem
3- Brake oil problem
4- Mark of gear box appeared in screen
5- Alarm like Beep continuous
6- Electricity problem giving electric shock but light happened one time only
( Eng Wael informed but he told me let us solve main problem first)
plus the car never turned on, I called the crane to transport my car to Obour service center after calling
the call center in Egypt 19525 , the call was registered if you want referring to it to know how much my
wife suffer in that car that was at 16th January 2012
I went and meet the respectful Eng: Weal Baghdadi explain what happen in my car after 1390 KM
from changing the control unit ( Micatronick), he sent mail in front of me to technical support after one
of Engineers take the reading from car that was like dead body we cannot turned it on again
After 4 days I called him, asking if there is any update the reply was negative, I called him later on I think
after 7 days of problem, the reply still negative. I called call center again 19525 asking to talk to
management be the refused and asking me if I have a problem I can register a complain, I did and below
mentioned the number (0301201018023) I
I asked in that complain to be called by Hani Attia but no one respect me or respect my problem as
VW client after some days I received a call from Eng: Mohamed Mourad customer care manger I
explained to him that after all that problem I cannot be safe to let my wife and my kids inside that golf
and I am so sorry that I buy the car from VW . He promised to solve my problem but till now after 15
days my problem stills same.
I asked as respectful agent to I think respectful car brand to give me a replacement car while they
solve my problem,. He said we have no any replacement car while same situation happened with my
friend in Peugeot car and the Agent in Egypt give him a replacement car for 2 weeks until they fix his
problem .And I am getting surprised from the reaction of Eng. Mohamed that he did not believe that
happen in Egypt as if I am crazy or coming from Mars planet ,I asked and I insist to replace the car but
they do not reply till now and I did not know when they will reply plus 5 years extended warranty in
that gear box because it was not and will not valid to Egyptian driving condition
After all that I thought that VW in Germany the mother company can help me and I call on +495361900
The problem was taken a ref. number (VW-2012/01-067141), that was 25th January 2012 and of
course still no any response
Actually it seemed that VW in Germany and Mr.: Karim Elnagar punished Egyptian people that they
bought VW cars but below mentioned the last report about sales car in 2011 and you can see how VW in
Egypt is and will be transferred from Worse to worst
1- VW PASSAT 1369 sold car
2- VW JETTA 787 sold car
3- VW Golf 463 sold car

Finally I want to ask a simple question is anybody of you who will read my problem will be
happy when his wife and his kids will be in that car and face the same problem and may be
faced more dangerous specially in Egypt’s Condition now
