Dears,
I'm having a huge problem with auto egypt concerning my "Almost new" Qashqai..

I had a horrible accident 2 weeks ago that will require a lot of work like changing the 2 left doors, with the handles, the windows & the rear side mirror and also the left part of the body which is between the 2 doors "el 2ayem"

They received the car acting like everything is available & that they're just waiting for the .
insurance company's approval to start working on it.

After a whole week I received a phone call telling me about "El Ayem" so I went to check the situation. I was shocked that the car was literally thrown in the desert without even being covered, full of dust & totally abandoned.

They apologised & told us everything will be handled & gave us a dead line 3 days after that to wait for the factory's answer to make sure if they have these parts.

Of course they didn't respect their word & no one called us & when we called the engineer told us that it is the factory's fault that they did not reply yet.
When I tried to tell him that this should be a part of his job to follow up & to call me. He was like no it's not my job.
Well basically a bunch of incompetent engineers who do not even know how to deal with customers.

He gave me another dead line two days after that. Then he called saying we do not have ANY of the parts, I asked & what are the procedures, he was like we will bring you a proof that they don't have the parts.
I said this is not what I care about, I need to know when my car will be fixed.
He had ZERO idea..

Well guys I'd love to get in ....... with either Nissan Global or someone important in Nissan Egypt, because due to the lovely corruption in Egypt you cannot get your rights unless you have a "waste".
So PLEAAASE put me in ....... with anyone cause I'm carless now for 2 weeks & I've been carless 2 months before receiving it because they hit my car before the delivery :S
