الموضوع: تغيير الزيت......مستفز في التوكيل

i'm so frustrated and pissed off

i went to make a full service of my new impreza and to change all oils and filters

however,i took with me my shell helix 10.000 km oil and wanted to put it in my car......but they refused and told me that i must buy mobile one oil FROM THIER STOCK or else i'll lose my guarantee on the motor ?!!!! do you believe that shit?!!! i don't believe it

any other car i own or owned,i could freely take my oil with me to the service center and change it but seems abo ghaly has a business deal with mobile?!!! totally un-ethical

they also tell me the boxer motor need change of oil every 5000 km !!!!!!! how come to change the oil so early..............more un-ethical practice

that is why we should all make a bond and look into such unacceptable attitude from the agency,for myself i trust shell more than mobil and i trust the km guidance on the oil pachedge to be changed at say 9000 km (not even 10000 km) but surely not at 5000 km !!!!
