الموضوع: Kia Cerato 2013 new shape electricity problem

Please , i need your help regarding an electricity problem in my car if you know some one in the agency who can help:
i have bought the new shape cerato in 2013 SX (3rd category from top line at the time i bought it)but since i bought it has problems with the rear windows they do not work , after negotiations for six months with the agency they changed both machines of rear windows but still the problem exists sometime working some time not so again i contacted the agency and they said we will change the motors of both rear windows but the problem the spare parts are not available since february 2014.
the second problem the vehicle started not to open by the remote control sometimes it flashes only other times the mirrors only open and further more none of them are working so now most of the time i open the door with the keys in order to enter the vehicle but when i went to the agency everything went normal so they said we can not do anything.
so basically i have had the car for more than a year struggling with it ;the last step i am going to do before contacting the Customer protection agency is contact the warranty manager to try to change this car as if i continued like that the warranty will be over in 4 years and i will be paying from my money for repairs.
any suggestions will be really appreciated.

حاول تبعت ايميل للشركه الام و اشتكي من الوكيل و خدمته السيئه و اشرح لهم مشكلتك و ان شاء الله يوصلوا شكوتك دي للوكيل و ساعتها حيتعدلو و يحلو المشكله ان شاء الله...في ناس عملت كده لكن مع توكيلات تانيه و اخدت حقها و يا ريت تطمنا عملت معاهم ايه
