Senior Development Manager Residential & Senior Development Manager Retail

Our client, a major international real estate company is looking for Senior Development Manager – Residential and Senior development Manager – Retail. The successful candidates should have a degree in Architecture/ Engineering/ Project Management or related field along with strong residential experience. This person will be responsible for the concept development, financial and commercial viability of proposed projects, developing business cases for presentation to the investor and subsequent to approval, selection of consultants, procurement strategies, and projects completion within time, scope and budget.
Required Skills:

Degree in Architecture/ Engineering/ Project Management or related field
10 -15 years of experience in Construction / Design and Commercial/ Financial Management of Project

Senior Project Manager- Retail

The desired candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering and Building along with minimum 12 years of experience. This person will be responsible to ensure the execution of the project in terms of quality, time, and budget, by participating right from the stage of selection of project partners to managing the delivery of the project by effective direction and supervision of the in-house team and the external partners, total project control, implementation, budget and scheduling.

Required Skills:

Degree in Civil Engineering & Building
12-15 years experience in the construction field with strong residential background
Min 5 years in a managerial position.

Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure
A degree in Civil Engineering is requested with an experience in a Real Estate Development company.
Min. 10 years of experience.
