Idea for enhancing the site's income which also useful for the members

I am a member in the site since long period, with low participation number, high car interest and nothing to say.:049:
I have been thinking in two important issues regarding the site's-financial support and buying a used car. It looks non-sense for the site to supported by the the owner s's money:beatdeadhorse5:, which could theoretically affect members 's freedom to express their thoughts and opinions. On the other hand I found a large number of members wants to sell their cars:B4_611:, others are eager to buy a used car:B4_611:. The The infinitive problem is how to find the car for a reasonable price.
My suggestion her is to make a commetee form a group of members to evaluate the targeted car, with a reasonable fee. The fee could be directed fund the site.:k49:
Regarding how to start:
1st Expertise offer to participate
2nd the buyer and seller contact the expertise's page
3rd arrange for the suitable time/place to examine the car, which is kept for the members suggestion.:w6266d
The amount of money, is also subjected to the members suggestion.:w6266d
If the idea was applicable , it could be applied for cars outside the site as well.
This is my preliminary idea which needs your suggestion and comments.
