guys remember that Makkar used to be the sole agent for Opel in Egypt some years ago.....
now he is just a dealer......
if he is good in servicing cars...why was the opel dealership taken away from him???
انا جاتلي رساله علي الموبايل بتقولي اني ممكن اعمل صيانه للشيفروليه في ابو غالي مش عارف انا ماجاربتوشي لسه
ألي يجربو يقولي
انا روحت فرع مدينه نصر ألي جمب البنزينه عشان ده قريب مني
روحت 3 مرات غير مره صيانه ال 5000
عشان كنت بشكي من حاجات معينه و كانو بيعملوهالي علاطول بس عشان يظبطوك لازم تظبطهم انتا لااول و تديهم بقشيش

بس هم مغليين الصيانة العادية علشان هما مش فاضيين لها لانهم بروفيشنال في ميكانيكا وسمكرة وكلة
لكن مش فاضيين للصيانة الدورية.

they are the worst dealer in terms of complaints lol
after Automaster lol.....
the complaints come from the service of the car (5000, 10000, etc....)

No center is better than the other....
if I say center A is better, you will get 10 or more members here saying that A is horrible and B is better.....
in my opinion the best one to go (even though you might have had a bad experience) is the 4.5km Mansour
this is the MAIN service center and where the management is located....
so if you have a problem you can talk to the management while you are there instead of finding from center A or B that this problem needs to be fixed at the 4.5 center and you will have to go there another day and waste a new day
The worst however and not only in my opinion is Automaster in Nasr City.....this center will replace your defected part by a used part or by a broken part....and some customers have taken pictures and reported them to Mansour
they would also do have of the service and tell you to go to Rab3a center and let them do the rest of the service...or if the part you need to be installed will take a long time, they will tell you to also take it to Rab3a and have them install it for you....
and when going to do the service...even if the car is driving you mad....you need to control your temper....you cannot scream or swear at the reception engineer...after all he just works there just like you work at your company and has nothing to do with the policies set by your company....
swearing and acting like a tough guy wont get you anywhere in life...and especially at Mansour...they have the right to kick any customer out for the behavior or attitude.....
