some problems (some) not all i see people who are coming to do their 1st service the 5000
and they want mansour to pay for the oil....but we all know what the first 5000 includes
so you tell the people that the oil is not free and they make a problem about it.....
And you simply tell them...if they read the warranty book...and they say what book and we show them the part in the book that says that the oil is not free and then they would throw the book (after you have showed to them that didnt bother to read ) and then thats when some people (customers) swear to the reception engineers
....
Other problems i have seen in nasr city...some people would have done say the 10000 service at automaster and the car broke down and they want tayaran location to swap the defective part with a new one....we would tell them that if automaster worked on your car they should do it...and then you get the people get angry because we dont want to fix their car.....we can and we will but guess what????? You will have to pay for that defective part and then go to automaster and let them credit you back the money....
But some people dont like that......
Those are some problems that i see that it is a customer problem (their own problem) and not mansour
when you buy an electronic device or something...shouldnt you read the manual on how to assemble it first and it tells you what to plug in first and what is last.....so why dont you read the warranty book???!!!`
