Good day,

It is a strange comparison, but have U ever had an Egyptian car, and something happened to its battery after two months, then U were told to go to the battery agent for changing it,


Compared to the imported one, U just go to the car's agent who change it at once by a new one

This is a very small example,

Do U have other ones???

the bmw , mercedes those car are made in egypt

I am not speaking here about the car itself...

I am speaking about the agents methods of escaping from the consumer rights,

They tell You, that the car is an Egyptian made car,

it has many Egyptian made components, so go and speak with their manufacturer and not with them as they are not responsible for them.

So U find yourself going to many places without having your rights by the end of the day,

Example of what I am saying here:

1- Huyndai Matrix 2006, and so are assembled here @ Nour 3asham, in Masr Gdeeda, and he gaurantees them, so when the center was broken for my sister's car, we went to Ghabbour, they told us, it is made in Egypt, go to Nour 3asham,

My answer was I bought the car from You, and it is made in Korea, I do not care from where U brought these parts from, please fix it to me,

They replied that it is not their responsibility, go to Nour 3asham,

Thats what I am speaking about.

Say, U bought a car that was assembled in Egypt, if the cell is broken, U have to go to Chloride and not for the car's agent,

for the Cassette, if it is not working, U have to check the Cassete vendor, and not the car's vendor,

as you in egypt 95% of car agents miss the meaning of after sale serves or try to forgette it
and a you speakn about 3"abour one i know have a 2010 matrix he went to the 5000 k/m servise we thay finish he found that the index petrol is not working
so it became a habit in the egyption car agents the comsumer became nothing to them or in anthor word thay enlarged their brain
