dear sir,
hope this email finds you well. I need to validate some info to make sure it’s legal from your side.
in egypt, we have two ways to buy a kia vehicle
1- through your official dealer “eit” and its official distributors
2- through independent dealers who import kia cars from gulf countries like ksa and kuawit, which we call here “gulf cars”
now eit claims that he doesn’t provide any warranty for these gulf cars and the warranty only covers vehicles bought from eit or its official distributors. Meaning if i bought one of these gulf cars and found a manufacture problem in it, eit which is your official distributor and dealer in egypt will not support me or fix the problem for me and i’ll have to pay for the full service as i have no warranty.

my question is, is this legal from your side? Do i have to buy my car from eit otherwise i loose warranty?

هو على فكره التوكيل مش هيعملك حاجه لو فى عيب صيانه!
واضح أنك فاهم الموضوع غلط
أنت هنا بتتكلم عن ضمان من الوكيل لعربيات الخليجى وتحملهم لعيوب الصناعه
ودا طبعا مستحيل
أزاى تشترى خليجى وتطلب ضمان الوكيل أو تحملهم لعيوب الصناعه
كان المفروض تسأل عن قانونيه عدم صيانه الخليجى من قبل الوكيل
دا الى أحنا بنتكلم فيه
أنما عمر ما الشركه فى كوريا هتأمر التوكيل هنا وتلزمه بضمان وتحمل عيوب صيانه الخليجى
