salam alikum amr
i graduated from ain shams in 2004 and i moved to UK in 2008.
as a fresh graduate you have few options when it comes to [OVERLINE]LEAVING[/OVERLINE] the country :
1) UK
you will have to finish your PLAB then register with GMC and search for a job in UK , it is the easier option compared to USA / Canada

2) USA

Study for USMLE for at least 2 years, then wait for matching
if successful you will be a resident for a period between 3 - 5 years , disadvantages include long duration of studying and uncertain job opportunities.

3) Canada / Australia

you will need to pass their board exam which can be quite expensive and lengthy. good job opportunities in Australia but scarce in Canada.

i don't know any info about Egyptian masters, hope one of the other members will be able to contribute.

so my advise to you is :

while doing your Emtyaz year study and finish PLAB then register with GMC and start looking for a job in UK which you will find easily isa. after one or 2 years , you can start studying for your MRCP .

i am studying now for part 1 MRCP.

if you need more info , please let me know
