• Administers various human resources plans and procedures; assists in developing, ,maintaining and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Conducts some recruitment efforts ; develop sources of qualified applicants, conducting screening interviews, administering tests, checking references, evaluating applicant qualifications, communicate vacancies through internal and external advertisements, and arranging for initial orientation and training of newly hired employees
  • Participate in employment fairs and relationships efforts with universities.
  • Assist managers in with their employment needs; maintain records and prepares statistical reports of recruitment, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Handles employee exit interviewing
  • Maintain Data integrity; ensures that our data base is checked and work with various parties to ensure cleansing where needed
  • Administers compensation program; offer management. Engage in salary survey submissions
  • Assist employees in their ER issues.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as a generalist, in a fast-paced high-tech environment. ·Good knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, and current HR practices + trends is preferred.
·Interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
·Experience working in a complex matrix organization.
·Fluent in English and Arabic.
