dear respected gneral motors (exact name)
we are a group of (10,20 ...etc) of gm cars owner’s in egypt, we have to forward a massive collective complaint about our local dealer mansour (exact name). We would like first to understand why we send such complain, many of us have faced may hassles and troubles for maintaining their cars and other problems stated here under. Please see also appendix for sample of cases.
1- bad after sales car maintenance
2- cars sold in showroom sometimes are repaired from accidents and sold as new cars!
3- bad treatment from engineers and even technicians in regular maintenance visits and they are very inexperienced in car maintenance field.
4- very high car prices, spare parts.
5- many cars have problems in suspension system, rpm meter,
i am willing to receive your reply and hope to solve this matter gm cars are great and deserve a better dealer.

appendix, for sample of cases
1-a new chev. Cruze 2010 that turns off during driving with no obvious reason and its owner’s life was at risk many times and made a great accident he went to mansour head service center many times every time they told him that the problem has been solved. He took the car every time and while leaving the center the problem appears again and the never been solved until this seconds. He has already made a complaint to egyptian consumer protection agency. 2-mr. Khaled ayman an opel vectra 2009 !!!!!!! Owner. After a weak of buying his car from some place……, he found out that the car was previously fixed from an accident formerly. He found out that easily by the difference in color between the car and the repainted repaired part. Moreover, the car has a very bad acceleration and even worse when opening air conditioner.
