5. Maintenance for all company buildings

8. Catering and cafeteria

9. Waste disposal and recycling

10. Reception


Job De......ion:

* Directs the daily activities of the facilities department.

* Oversees the functioning of building systems including
mechanical, fire/life safety, elevators etc.

* Manage a staff of employees in the maintenance of buildings
and grounds.

* Oversees contractors for facilities renovation projects
entailing HVAC, electrical, production floor arrangement, etc.

* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals.

* Planning best allocation and utilisation of space and
resources for new buildings, or re-organising current premises;

* Ensure that all of the services provided excel in performance
standards and meet all customer expectations.
