A brief introduction about the job:

We own a company called Voice Cloud that receives voice mails from customers in the United States and then that voice mail is sent to agents who in turn type it out in words in perfect English sentences in the sense of "Type Exactly What You Hear" and then the agents send it back to Voice Cloud servers which in turn sends it back to the customers in the form of SMS and email instead of the traditional voice mail.

Work is pretty simple; you receive the voice mail on our web based application, you type in exactly what you hear in perfect English sentences with capitalization and punctuation seeing as it is preferred that the customers don't know that there's any human interaction what so ever involved due to privacy issues on their side.

The requirements for this job are a stable computer system and Internet connection, a pair of good headphones, a quiet environment and good ear - hand coordination.

Shifts may range anywhere between 6 to 10 hours, 5 days a week (some people work more hours or more days depending on how good they are).
Breaks are either 10 minutes every 2 hours or 15 minutes every 3 hours.

You get paid 12.5LE/hour for the first 3 months (probation period) and anywhere between 15LE/hour and 17LE/hour depending on your speed and quality after that
