الحمد لله إستلمت العربيه النهارده الساعة 2 الظهر
وبجد أول مره أحس حد بيهتم بالعميل وبالشكاوي وبيصلح الدنيا على قد ما يقدر م. نوفازيو الceo للشركة ولو حد حصل وعنده مشكله ومحدش حلهاله في أوماترا يرحله ونظرته هتختلف عن الناس الي في أوماترا

And for the first time I feel someone cares for customer complaints and try to fix the the problems in Omatra Mr. Novasio the CEO of the company.
If happened and anybody had a problem and can't solve it in Omatra just tell him and he will fix it.
