Strange I have a friend that has Corsa 1.6L and that car is fast, he hits 195kph.

i totally disagree...i used to drive a VW bug (Mo 1973) then i switched to Opel Corsa (which is the worst car ever ) Made in Egypt, i had 2 accidents the 2 left doors completely smashed and i cant find a replacement except in the Service Center as for the astra has the same motor of the corsa which is nothing comparable with the yaris, (it use so much Gas, loudy motor) overall after comparison Corsa & yaris, the yaris Rulezzz...and note the seats of the yearis is so much better than the corsa and astra (my father owned an astra) the manual of yaris kicked the Corsa 1600 Manual Ass so hard :D, but the only bad thing in Yaris is the Stability but it can be solved easily just install a spoiler or reduce the hight of the rear it will provide more stability also please note i've reached 140KM/h yesterday 3al da2ery. if the car is running in straight road its cool, if you tried to maneuver on high speed the car will start dancing because its high and the air is lefter the back end so the solution install a spoiler so the air can push the car downward or reduce the hight of the car in the service center. :D we good luck and BTW im completely happy with my Yaris over my Old Corsa lol :D

I own Honda City 1.3L and I have a friend that has Yaris and City, and I drove my friend Yaris.My first impression is the car has nice engine with good acceleration and the has good brakes. The things that I didn't like compare to the City is the middle gauge in the middle isn't that comfortable in viewing, and the seats are kind of narrow compare to City and also the finishing, but all that isn't that much as issue. The better part that I like it has better leg room than the City, but the worst part is the HANDLING is totally sucks. My City has 155x80x13 and is a lot stable compare to Yaris that has 15" wheels and both cars have almost same height, the best solution is to install wider tires and strut bars to hold the chassis. Final quote it's not that bad car
