hi,
Does anyone have any idea about tightening my front end link bushings
1-to over tighten them?
2-just tighten the bolts reasonably?
it looks like that :

i can't get youe question? do you need the exact tightening torque or what?
normally the exach tgihtening fotr these nuts is 3-5 turns beyound hand tight ,
but give us more details about your request so we can help you
thanx eng.sab3aawy for your reply
you have aswered my question
but the mechanic over tighten them because bushings tend to move on bumby roads ,he said.اقتباس:

logically,if i tighten the nuts by hand then 3-5 turns by Wrench that will make a gap between bushings and the end link of the sway bar?
i ususally tighten them bolts till i see the bushing is on the verge of getting deformed if it continue to tighten the bolt
bear in mind that those bushings are so big as their is too much play occurs between the sway bar and the rod connecting the bar to the control arm so over tightening them is not a good idea and might stress the rod
i can see that you got red bushings... are those polyurethane bushings??? what car is that (make and model)

hi MMadouh
This is not my car, i found this picture on the internet
mine are stock
thnx for your advice
you should tighten it hard to make the bar stiffer and less rolling
Because for every small movement in the sway bar, the car body rolls a lot.
شىء عظيم جدا
ممكن شرح الإختراع ده بيعمل ايه؟
اهو نستفيد و نتعلم بالمرة
قصدك الميزان نفسة يعنى؟
