Off the top of my head, I would replace/check all the fllowing provided it hasn't been done recently/during the last 60,000-80,000KM
All Belts & Bullies
Replace ATF
Replace Rear Differential Oil. Yes, It does need to be changed
Check Transmission Cooler
Check AC Compressor/Fluid
Check Alternator
Check MAS
If you want to be over cautious then you could replace the Valvetronic Sensor [EXPENSIVE]. Usually starts to fail around 150,000KM, sometimes much earlier, my friend’s sensor failed @ 146,000KM. Please check
