De......ion : Manage stewardship including processing receipts, notes and stewardship reports. •Prepare pledges for collection by messenger, materials for stewardship calls. •Manage office correspondence, including invitations, and schedule meetings and appointments. •Coordinate production and mailing of all stewardship materials. •Update donor database, and maintain foundation, corporation, individual donor files •Maintain guest lists, gather and prepare registration materials•Design,organize and implement administrative systems and procedures•Liaise with students, donors, faculty and University administrators•Responsible for the proper formatting, accurate proofreading, editing, fact checking, distribution and tracking of correspondence•Provide research for donor relations and stewardship activities using ...-based querying tools, central data repository, Central Files, Files and departmental records.•Scheduling and coordinate the use of facilities, services and all required arrangements for meetings, conferences and seminars at the University and other academic institutions.•Transcribe and distribute minutes at various team meetings.•Read, track and distribute notifications regarding constituents featured in various publications.•Assist in the supervision of students and temporary workers.•Collaborate with all staff to make the central repository Advance as accurate as possible.•Responsible for managing all credit card, universal expense report and travel forms for the team.
Qualifications : Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Database management experience.• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent listening and diplomacy skills. • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with a good sense of humor and strong work ethic. • Strong project management skills and understanding of basic finance concepts. • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, and interact with a wide variety of people. • Commitment to the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. • Willingness to adhere to the University’s core values. • Demonstrated professional manner with all internal and external University constituencies. • Ability to adjust to fluctuating priorities and produce reliable work product.
