موضوع الضمان دة انت و شطرتك يعنى ممكن تغير كل حاجة فى الضمان بس لازم ترش فلوس و ممكن يقلك لا دة برة الضمان

even if you bribe the engineer so he can accept that part A or part B should be fixed or replaced under warranty.....according to GM policy...it is not under warranty...so he cant break or bend the GM policy for even a 1000 LE bribe. He will loose his job....
and to make it easier for you....the engineers at the authorized service centers like (Yassin, Abo Ghaly, AutoMaster, etc...) call Mansour to ask if this part can be fixed/replaced under warranty....and if they get the reply back NO, then they cant do it...they wont get the money reimbursed by Mansour/GM
and then if you go to Mansour themselves, they have a warranty dept that gets in touch with GM Egypt and it is up to GM Egypt to say yes or no.
For Opel, they get in touch with Germany....and if they get in touch with Volker in Germany....
bribery could get you places....but not in MansourComment
