هل الصيانة خارج التوكيل تلغى الضمان؟

السلام عليكم يا اخوانى الكرام؟

انا معايا افيو 2007 وبعمل الصيانة العادية من تغيير زيت وفلاتر برة التوكيل
فهل ده يلغى الضمان ؟

لأن دواسة الدبرياج بتعلق معايا شوية وعشان تطلع لازم اشد دواسة العربية وقرأت هنا فى المنتدى أن ده عيب فى ماستر الدبرياج وبيتغير فى الضمان فهل لو انا رحت وقلتلهم على الموضوع ده هايكون ردهم انى طلعت برة الضمان ؟
ياريت الافادة ولو حد يعرف حد فى التوكيل يسألى ويرد عليا

لو مفوت صيانة أو إتنين عادي لكن أكتر من كده هيقولك برة الضمان وعلى العموم روح وشوف هيقولولك إيه يمكن ميخدوش بالهم d:

ya ahmed.....lazem el service tekoon fe tawkeel mo3tamad.....we know if the car has been serviced outside or not and if we find out (and we will) we will tell you to go and start doing it outside because your car is out of warranty

even if you do wesh cylinder outside it is an automatic warranty refusal....

انا قلت الي شفتة في توكيل الهرم واحد كان مفوت صيانة ال١٥ وعمل العشرين وعمل حجات حوه الضمان وأنا قلت روح وشوف هيحصل إيه كده كده مش خصران حاجة

yoko...you said one or two...the answer is only one! lol

today we got a lady who has a Vectra C and she only did the first 5000 service and she didnt do any other service AT ALL!!!!

the car now is 45,000 KM and they refused the warranty on the car and now if she wants to do anything for it she will pay for it

she wanted to fix something in the car which would have been in the warranty (i cant recall what it was) but she was asked to pay 1900 LE for the part and she got pissed and she has to go talk to the management at Haram for this warranty void issue
