اشتريت اوبترا 2009 عملة 17000كم ومش عارف اعمل فيها اية يعنى اغير زيت نوعة اية واية الصيانة الى المفروض اعملها على اعتبار ان مالكها الاول معملش فيها حاجة وكمان زيت الفتيس اية نظامة ورجاء الرد للاهمية

عموما غير زيت وفلتر طبعا وربط عفشه

If he didnt do anything at all....there might be a problem seeing that he has not done 2 service calls on the car

He didnt do the 1st 5000 service and the 10000 service

and now it needs the 20000 service (You cannot do the 15000 service because the car has done 17000)

if what I wrote above is true, good luck trying to have this car still be under warranty.....you have missed 2 services and you can do the last 5000 and will need to do the 3rd service under 20000 that is because the car has made 2000 more than 15 and you cant do the 15 anymore

Do not bother going to any service center other than the main location which is the Pyramids...you must go there and discuss it with them (management)
