how to buy a recent model 316 ,318 or 320 at marvelous cond

kindly if you have an experience in BMW pricing, advise me some strategy to find 316, 318 or 320 in marvelous condition
my target is as follows;
newest shape
best price against minimum mileage
make use of the difference in price between brand new and slightly used one
I'm not intending to pay the brand new price, if I can get price previlage of slightly used one

I can buy brand new, but also considering my villiager roots, I aim always best (almost best)quality against best (almost best)price
in other words, I found it is hard decision (to me) to pay quarter a million , while I can pay two hundred thousands for not noticable difference (or slightly less quality)
