الجمارك بتبلغ حوالي 248.5% من سعر السيارة لأنها أعلى من 2000cc ..

But I wanna know how to calculate it and then how much it costs.

I don't know how it's calculated

but it will cost you as follows
The price of the car as in the original bill * 248.5%
so if it cost you 50K USD
you will pay here around 125K USD for customs only

the total price of the car after customs will be around 175K USD

the cost of X3 that's sold here is almost 82K USD ( locally assembled )

The best route imho would be to go to the cargo village at Cairo airport and ask. They have these huge archives where they look up everything about the car. I did this in 2006 when I wanted to find out how much owning an E46 M3 would cost. Turns out there are additional fees you pay for what they call 'extra options'. Essential things like passenger mirror, air condition, power mirrors, power seats, Navigation...etc. are considered as 'luxury accessories'. All these items add up so you end paying more than the mentioned %248.5. I got so frustrated I ended up building my own dream car: E46 M3 with SMG. But that's another story...>BcI
