شكر خاص للمهندس خالد اسماعيل و استفسار عن ايميل سكودا فى التشيك

السلام عليكم
انا كنت عامل موضوع عن مشكله فتيس الفانتازيا الى التوكيل قالى اغيره و رحت اتكلمت مع المهندس خالد اسماعيل و الراجل ده محترم و فاهم و على راسى من فوق و قالى كلام مقنع جدا و كلام منطقى فانا كنت عايز ابعت ايميل لسكودا التشيك فحد هنا يعرف الايميل الى ابعت عليه يا رجاله و ياريت بيرعه و ضرورى جدا و شكرااا

لما قولتله ان العربيه سخنت بعد ما غيرت قربه المياه قالى هو ده السبب و ان التوكيل غلطان و راسل التشيك انهم يغيرولك الفتيس حتى لو الضمان خلصان

ده رد سكودا التشيك على الشكوى الى قدمتها وصلتنى امبارح الصبح و فى انتظار اتصال التوكيل بيا زى ما قالو (مع العلم ان العربيه عندهم بقالها اسبوع كده هناك

Dear skoda

thank you for your quick replay but Unfortunately, your partner in my country is not as concerned or quick as you because its been 3 days since you replayed my email (the weekend in our country is thursday and friday so the past 3 days are working days) and no one has contacted me from the dealer or your partner and the car is at the sub-dealer's warehouse for 9 days now and i pay money for each day the car stays there. what should i do know !!?!?!?
