    manual transmission fluid

    how often should i change my manual transmission oil in a lancer 2007 1.6 and what type of oil or brand should i use
    and if there is a genuine oil available i would like to know !

            45,000
            and am just wondering about the manual transmission oil when i will have to change it ! i read in the service book at about 100,000 km
            to keep the shiftting smooth and easy
