This manual is a description off how you could install the Punto MK2 Angeleyes Kit
The instaltion is completely at your own risk.We cannot accept any responsibilty for damaging your materials by following this guidelines.
We try to give you a clear presentation off what to do t install.
There is a law against redesigning headlicht units. It will probably not be legal to install the angel eyes. Thereffore the angeleyes are sold for show use only.
However usualy there won't be any problems iff you install them for daily use.
This for u to know. Now onto the manual.
What you need:
1 functional set of headlights
1 set (4 rings and 2 inverters) 1llusion angel-eyes
1 tube silicone transparent heat resistand kit. Iff not silicone use a permanent flexible heat resistant kit.
1 dremel with cut disc
some standard tools(kleine srewdriver, stanley knife, paper tape, etc.)
Opening the headlight
to get the lights off of your car you have to extract the front bumper
The beginning beginnen met 1 lampunit.
Cut the glass loose bu cutting aprox 5mm of the glass part into the black part.
Also cut off the clips.You have to make sure to cut through the first black part, the glue part and the glas part, but not to cut into the second black part.
The seond black part should not be damaged to install the glas back on the unit without any problems
You can now clip off the glass part by hand or with help of a screwdriver.
Cut off the sharp edges and the glueparts off the hedlight unit and the clearglass unit.
Glueing the neon rings
to glue the rings with ease take off the chrome ring parts.
You can use a screwdriver to demount them.take good care not to damage the chrome parts.These are extremely fragile.
Gleu the rings on the chrome parts. Be sure to mount them that the wires can pass underneath the headlightunit.
This way keeping them most out of sight
(With evil eyes you can place the wires above or below what you prefer.)
Gleu the rings with a clear kit that stays flexible and is heat resistand. (Silicone kit)
Mount the headlight together
After a few houres the rings are tight on the reflector parts.
Remember, don't start mounting whenn ings aren't glued tight, and glue is still wet.
Place the outer ring first. The inner ring second.If you don't it won't fit.
Make sure to place the wires correct before mounting.
(You can remove the orange cap in youre headlight and relace the bulb with a philipssilver vision orange shining bulb).
Result:
connecting the wires
you can connect the rings to a switch or direct on to youre parkers.
In this example we connect to the parkers, this saves wires and switches.
There is 1 wire that connects to all the lamps, this is ground black.
There is one wire that connects to your parkers only.
This is + red.
Connect the wires by solder or clipping (the wires of CCFL neons as these cannot be modified..)
Don't forget to isolate youre connection.
Glue the inverter onto the headlight unit under youre pinkers.

Result
now glue the glass againts the headlightunit.
Use silicone kit.
Don't use to much wipe away the glue that is to much.
Tighten the headlight onto the unit. use paper tape to keep al in place.
Now only mount the headlight and be happy
