DO U THINK ITS A GOOD IDEA TO START PROJECTING FOR A DRAG STRIP IN CAIRO OR IT WILL BE A BAD IDEA SPECIALLY IT WILL COST MUCH ? DO U THINK THIS PROJECT WILL FIND SUCESS BETWEEN THE CAR FANS IN EGYPT

DO U THINK IT'S EASY TO GET THE LICENCES AND PASSES FOR THIS PROJECT AND HOW CAN ANY BODY THINKING ABOUT THIS PROJECT TO START. FOR SURE HE NEEDS TO FIND THE PLACE FIRST WHICH FOR SURE WILL BE FEW KMs APART FROM CAIRO

ANY BODY THOUGHT ALLREADY ABOUT THIS PROJECT AND NEED TO COOPERATE WITH ME TO GET TO THE TRUE LIFE ?

'M PLANNING FOR DRAG INITIALLY
FINALLY,WHAT IS THE ACCEPTABLE TICKET PRICE FOR THE NORMAL PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STRIP EVENTS DO U THINK?

I'M VERY SERIOUS BUT I NEED SOMEONE TO LEAD ME TO THE RIGHT WAY AND CO-OPERATE WITHE ME :?

for sure it will be a great idea for cars fans in egypt
people have been searching for sth like that, to be secure, legal and you find adequate competitors not just noobs

it won't be easy to establish it, but sure you can find a way to go through it

the idea i have in mind is that you find strong sponsors and what i mean by strong is that they are connected to strongly to the government and its ministers

i will give you the list of sponsors whom i have in mind, if you succeed to convince them, you ca have even a formula 1 racing here in egypt

1- Vodafone & Renault
with their head board of director Mohamed Nousir for both.

2- McDonalds& General motors agent
you have Yassin Mansour, whose brother Mohamed Mansour the misiter of transportation and Mansour family are GM agents in Egypt.

3- a Media channel like Dream or Mehwar, but you can have a better one if you sign with Gear 1 (the emarati channel) , ART or Gazira sport (they are good in that)

Vodafone are the main sponsors, MaCdonalds would open their outlets there and you have Gm or Renault using your track for their advertisments and test drives. a channel to spread your idea, and by then you will cover 99.8% of your opening capital :lol:

another company, who might be strong sponsors are Bavarian auto, they have very strong relations with the government people (the egyptian partner there is a famous one, but can't remeber his name)

the last Idea you buy the land by your own, and operate your project as B.O.T (where a company owns it managment, operation and about 95% of profit for about 20 ears, then the track will be yours)

there are alot of other options, but i find those the best.

those people will be able to get all the necessary approvals for the liscence and soon your track will be reserved for the next 100 years, as the 95 octane racers as you name them are waiting for this dream to come true :)

forgot to add that mohamed Nousir have Alkan construction one of the biggest construction companies in Egypt, so if you convince him you can have your track built for free :lol:


so you have to make the visibility studies on your own(3ala 7esabak) and present a copy of it to the expected sponsors, so not to waste time in convincing them

it is a great idea indeed and it is going to be a major success... but it will require a ton of money to become true

if you got the finance and sorted out the gov. issues i am sure it is going to be profitalbe as you have loads and loads of speed lovers and they would give away one kidny to participate in such race that is "legal" and "professional" instead of going all crazy on public roads... remeber how Mer3'any street looks every Thursday.

i think a drag is great though i don't like drag (not much test for driver skills) and a drifting area will be excelent for BMW lovers to burn some rubber... last but not least is the head to head circuit which i recon will be croud pleaser :twisted:

i am with you bro...i really want to see an official motorsport compund in this country

فكره هايلللله....

و الله الواحد كل يوم بيسمع عن الحوادث الشباب بيعملوها....و منهم ناس اعرفهم و بيتنتهي بالموت....
فحرام و الله اللي بيحصل ده....لأن ده بيحصل لوجود كبت في الشباب و عايز يطلعه في الشارع....انا و احد من هواه السيارات و الشد و الجري...و اعدت فتره من الاخر مش بعتق الشارع غرز مع شد مع اي عربيه و جري....بس في الاخر عملت حادثه مع و احد صاحبي بعربيته و لولا ستر ربنا كنا هنموت.....و الحمدلله هديت و بطلت.....ولسه واحد كان زيميلي في المدرسه توفي في حادثه من كام يوم.....

يعني الموضوع بجد بقي مشكله حقيقيه ...كل يوم نسمع عن حادثه شكل ....و ربنا يحفظنا ..اللي اعرفه ان اللي بيموت و هو كان بيجري بطريقه جنونيه يعتبر مات كافر لأنه بيعرض نفسه في التهلكه بنفسه ...و هو اكيد عارف ان اللي بيعمله ده خطر

بجد بجد....انا بقول الكلام ده علشانا و علشان حتي لأجيالنا ان شاء الله....لو محدش اخد موقف لحنا هانتحاسب لأننا موفرناش الوسيله اللي هتطلع الكبت اللي في الشباب....مش كل الشباب عارفه مصلحتها...و في عارف و بيعمل عبيط......يعني الواحد بجد بيزعل لما يعرف ان واحد يعرفه يموت بسبب تهور سواقه.....

ياريت نحاول ناخود موقف بس يكون جدي.... و انا تحت امركم في اي حاجه اقدر اعملها في الموضوع ده

انا عملت حادثة قبل كدة بسبب السرعة و فى اتنين اصحابى عملوا حدثتين فى خلال 4 ايام و واحد صاحبى تانى عمل حادثة قريب و دخل المستشفى... كل دة لان مفيش اى منفث صحى و قانونى و امن لحب السرعة و القيادة فى هذه البلد

انا اعرف مكان في مدينه 6 اكتوبر....

فاضي جدا و عامل ذي مكان هبوط الهيلكوبتر ...ممكن يتنفذ فيه بس بطريقه منظمه....مش ذي ال fbi ...يعني نعمل فيه قوانين و مش شغل اي هبل في الجبل :D و ده علي الاقل ممكن يتنفذ موءقت لو ينفع نعمل تصريح من جهاز 6 اكتوبر

والله ملامكم صح حقول على حاجة عندنا عمان فى 2003 كانت اكتر دوله عربية فيها وفبات للحوادث و فى 2004 اخذنا العاشر عالميا فى اخر 2005 عملوا نادى عمان للسيارات بحمد لله المستوى نزل قوى يعنى مش عاوز اقول ارقام عشان الناس فعلا ممكن تتخض تيجى هنا :mrgreen:
