TBS "The Bakery Shop" ده تقريباً اشهر و انضف بيكري في مصر, و اللي بيميزه دايماً هو حاجته الطازة اول بأول و السندوتشات اللي بتتعمل قدام عينيك.
الناس اعترفوا رسمياً بالخطأ اللي حصل و انه كان بسبب شحنة بيض كانت مش تمام, و اوقفوا من بعدها التعامل مع المورد بتاعهم. الصفحة بتاعتهم على الفيسبوك بتتعامل بشكل محترم مع المتضررين..
الصراحة احتوائهم و اسلوب تعاملهم مع المشكلة كان احترافي و متحضر بشكل يحافظ على سمعة المحل بعد مشكلة زي دي..

عموماً, هو الخبر كان هيكون غريب برضه لو المحل التاني..

Dear TBS customers, thank you for your patience on waiting to get those results on the TBS croissant om ali poisoning case, we were trying to do our best to get this as transparent and as accurate as possible. Since we issued our first statement, the whole TBS team has worked day and night over the past 5 days to:
(1) ensure sick customers recover,
(2) investigation results are accurate and
(3) We, as founders called customers to make sure they are well, apologized and offered to at least cover their medical expenses.
· What went wrong?
Two things went wrong a contaminated batch of eggs was used coupled with OM Ali's baking process not completed successfully, accordingly the eggs inside it was not fully cooked which would have killed all the bacteria. This happened to a maximum of 20-25 pots of Om Ali. This estimate is based on the following: the number of complaints we got through our call centre (37 complaints – Wasla Call Centre), the number of emails we received on our Omali-quaility@tbsegypt.com (22 emails).

· How we contained it in 5 days?
Once we received 2-3 complaints, we stopped the production of OM Ali immediately not to allow any further cases because we didn’t know what went wrong. We called up Tabibi to help us with the situation and they thankfully they did a responsible job alongside of us.

· How are we going to ensure it will never happens again?
Two actions have been already implemented. We have revised the receiving process of all raw material from suppliers. The second is that we have already changed the eggs supplier to insure the quality and safety of the ingredients of our products
We can not express how sad and shocked we are to learn of the suffering of some of our clients and we will never be able to apologize enough to their frustration and pain. We wish that all of our affected clients, their families and friends are better now. A final note to thank all the people who have supported us in this predicament.
We continue to support and apologize to all those who have been affected keeping all our channels of communication open to further discuss this on our personal phone numbers which we will receive calls on daily from 11am to 3 pm for the next 5 days.
