disconnect the feed line from the fuel filter then turn the ignition key to ON... their should be a strong rush of fuel coming out of the fuel line
also with the A/C off... low fuel pressure will cause hesitation when you floor the pedal on low speeds... try that and see what happens
for the spark strength you gotta remove the spark plug cables from the coil pack with engine running but keep it within 2 cm from the coil ports to allow the spark to jump from the coil pack to the cable... if the spark is too weak to jump the gap then it is a coil problem
also when you are doing 30KPH shift to third gear and floor it... if the car sputters then it is a spark plug cables issue
does this mean that the CEL comes on when you turn on the A/C and the hesitation occurs?.the CEL is not on, it only occurs when the AC on
