To Mr. kariko, I scanned the market and took the input of many colleagues, the best value for money car in the hatchback category is Seat Leon ( Basically a Golf 5 underneath, Motor of Jetta/ Fantasia/Golf 6 1600) and It has plenty of options, Spare parts are good and available as other VW) but the agent- SMG - receives some compaints for high pricing of repair but the resale value is still a challenge here.

Golf 6 basic is a very nice car but limited options compared to Leon in addition the new TSI engine will come but with higher price ( although it needs Gasoline 95) resale value is better as advised.

Opel Astra is wow but it is slightly narrow at the rear but the main disadvantage is Mansour and its spare parts in addition some say VW is more reliable than Opel. in general.

That is why I'm confused

Thanks alot for your answer, im confused the same as you are, but i finally narrowed my options to leon or jetta gulf specs highline "kasr zero"
as for the golf , i like it but in the same time i am looking for options, and for the astra i find it too expensive plus i had the worst background ever with mansour
so i guess i will go with the leon isa, but i need the opinion of someone who already has the car
