الموضوع: مشكلة عامة فى الافيو 2008

الواحد بيسمع ان هناك شركات محترمة بتسحب السيارات من السوق لما يكون بها مشاكل يترى ده ممكن يحصل عندنا والا هناك نوع معين من المشاكل ساعتها بس يسحبوا السيارات لكن انا شايف كوكتيل مشاكل وخايف يسحبوا اصحاب السيارات ولم اكن متوقع هذا الكم من العيوب كان الله في العون ولا نستطيع الا ان نقول حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل في هذه النوعيات من التوكيل

ya mahmoud...it is not a fight.....even if you bring 100 people and go to Haram or Tayran and demand that something to be done other than the existing solution they will tell you that this solution is what they have right now.....and that solution came from Korea so they have to email them about another solution.

Also Mansour has the right to kick out anyone that causes problems.

I also heard that the management at Haram have banned some cars from doing services at Mansour locations in all of Egypt meaning that if you want to service your car you must go to places like AutoMaster, Awad, Yassin, etc.....

so I wouldnt do anything that will cause problems and if you guys are going to the Haram location you need to speak politely to Eng Bassem Salah and Eng Ahmad Emam...I heard that if someone shouts at them they will fire back at them....

على فكرة مناطحة العميل و الرد علية و الخناق معاة مش صح بردة يا استاذى لان دة حيدمر سمعة الوكيل و اعتقد ان منصور سمعنة اتدهورت فى الفترة الى فاتت من المشاكل الى ظهرت فى العربيات و اعتقد ان دة بردو حياثر على معدل حجز السيارات و الموديلات الجديدة الى نازلة زى مثلا كروز و حتى لو العربية كويسة الى حصل و الى بيحصل دة حيخسرة جامد - على فكرة انا معايا افيو 2009 اتوماتيك و الحمد لله مفيهاش اى مشكلة و عامل بيها حوالى 10000 - بس انا بتكلم ان الى حضرتك قلتة مش حيحل المشكلة دا حيعقدها و يخسرة

mmtronic...you are right....but when people come and say that oil and filter is free or that this or that is under warranty when they are not and the engineer tells the customer politely that it isnt in the warranty....they argue with them and shout at the engineer

some people say "I am not here to beg from you...."

do not baga7 (sorry but I cant describe the word in english) with the engineers

if they said No then it is a no.....

some people block the entrance with their cars and some swear by the religion and call engineers names and swear at the engineers mom and dad

some customers are not friendly

especially people who have not called ahead of time and reserved

I love how people would come up and say "how come now it is by reservation" and I would be like it has been over a year now! you havent serviced your car in a year???!!!!

some people would be like WTF!!!! how come you let this car go and it just came...and you tell them that it has a reservation and they would reply screw you and the reservation.....

so if the customer is not polite they will be asked to leave

بص يا باشا - انا معاك ان فية ناس قليلة الادب بس دا مش معناة ان كل الناس قليلة الادب و يتعاملو عاطل على باطل معاملة واحدة

دا بجانب المصداقية - المصداقية الى لو راحت - تضيع اجدعها وكيل و اليك امثلة شفتها و قريتها هنا فى المنتدى

1- كنت بعمل صيانة الـ 5000 و انا مستنى سيارتى جت سيارة راكبها بنت و راجل كبير ( ابوها ) - ناس محترمة و اشتكت البنت بكل ادب من المشكلة بتاعة الـ rpm - عارف الباشا المهندس رد عليها باية - قالها لا دا عادى - انتى بس مش بتنقلى كويس و مبتدوسيش دبرياش كويس - طبعا انا الجمد لله معنديش المشكلة بس قريت عنها كتير هنا فتخيلت نفسى مكانها وواحد محترم ذى دة بيشتغلنى - تخيل انت مكانها حتقولو اية

2- موضوع الطنابير الى بتتخرط و ترجع تانى و يتركب مكانها طنابير مخروطة على انها جديدة - دا كلام

3- المفروض منصور من التوكيلات الكبيرة الى تخاف على سمعتها و متحاولش انها تخسر سمعتها علشان شوية رفايع زى التيل و الطنابير - دا حيكسبة كام يعنى و هوة كسبان اساسا من العربيةو الى نقصوه منها حجات ملهاش معنى زى الزجاج الخلفى الكهرباء مثلا - مع العلم ان الحجات دى بتخش على انها لتجميع العربية محليا يعنى توفيرها مش حيكسبة المكسب الفظيع

هوة بيحسب هوة كسب كام مش خسر كام

انا بقولك الكلام دة و انا بتخيل نفسى مكان الناس الى دافعة شقاها فى العربية و تظهر فيها الحجات الى قلناها - تخيل كدة - ضغطك لازم يعلى و حتعمل اى حاجة
