it depends on your interpretation for the term "removed"
if you just disconnect the pcv hose from the intake and let it vent into the air then their is no problems... your car will look like old, beaten up taxis with a hose shooting oil vapor from underneath
if you blocked the pcv port then their is a problem as the pressure will rise in the crank case and will add more pressure to your current oil pressure level and also you are subject to oil seal damage due to excess pressure in the crank case
best solution is to use an oil catch can between the crank case ventilation port and the intake mani... or at least put a breather on the PCV port... whatever you do... don't block it
