Dear Geely automobile company

Greetings

I’m sending this e -mail to complain about your agency in Egypt GB Auto and the Geely car produced by it Emgrand 7 Model 2014, as I bought this car on 3/11/2013 and I did the
first maintenance of the 1,000 km on 16/11/2013 after waiting more than four hours in GB Service center in the area of Abu Rawash where the center has only two engineers to service the cars.

But the most important problem is that I complained to the maintenance engineer of the steering wheel of the inability to walk in a straight line, and also from the hot air coming out of around the steering wheel when driving fast & when I received the car he informed me that all the problems have been solved but actually after I drive the car I found all the problem still exist as it is without finding any different.

Then at the same day I called the customer service and make a complaint about the slow & the bad service and the failure to fix the problems in the car, So I went to the Service center by date 27/11/2013 but today I found that that problems as it is without any change , only the steering wheel a little better , but when I drive in a straight line I should move the steering wheel left and right to keep the car straight & the problem of hot air as it is.

Also ,kindly be informed that the paint used to paint the car body type is very bad and very light and is subject to slander abnormally even from the pressure of the water when I wash the car in the car wash centers , and the Suspension system is uncomfortable at all

So kindly be informed that I am waiting for your reply to the above problems as soon as possible & to consider it as an urgent case in order not to take any legal action regarding your company.
