السلام عليكم و علي احسن اعضاء منتدي في العالم
يشرفني اني اصبح احد اعضاء منتدي nile motor و بالأخص منتدي بروتون لأني مقبل انشاء الله علي شراء جين 2 بس مش دلوقتي يعني علي شهر 1/2008 كده انشاء الله عشان اكون طلعت رخصه (معلش لسه صغير شويه :D ) بس الحمد لله ليا سنتين بسوء
و انا قلت اخد الفتره ديه عشان ادرس العربيات الي في حدود الفلوس المعايه و الاحسن فيهم و ليا بتاع 5 شهور كده بدرس و متابع منتدي بروتون من ايام contactcar و انا نفسي في الجين 2 جدااااااا مثل الكثير بس خايف منها جدااا برضه مثل الكثير :D
اريت كتير عنها في منتديات عربيه و اجنبيه بس برضه في ناس بتشكر و ناس لا و الي قلقني اكتر لما شفت التقييم الي بتخده العربيه في المواقع العالميه زي whatcar
عشان كده قلت اعمل الموضوع ده هقول فيه كل الي توصلتله
اولا انا ارسلت ايميل لشركة بروتون سألتها فيه عن خوفي من تقييم المواقع لها و ادي الاميل و الرد

Please i have some questions about Proton GEN 2 hatchback

i want to buy GEN-2 Hatchback 1.6 GSX 5dr and i live in Egypt the car is

very very good for me and i like it's Shape and Performance Specially the

Equipment and handling ( i make a test drive with the car because my friend

has one ) BUT the things that make me change my opinion the sites of cars on

the net like whatcar and so on .. all these sites said that the car is not

good not safety ( i know that the car has ABS & EBD and 2 airbags but i

don't know why that complain ! ) & the Quality & reliability is too poor and

many many things ,, I admirer with this car too much and really i want to

buy it But please i want more information about these things ( the complains

)that i wrote it (safety & Quality & reliability & lifetime)

Thank you for your email dated August 24, 2007 with regards to the info inquired on the GEN2.



First of all, we would like to thank you for the compliment given on the design, shape, performance & handling, as well as the equipment level that comes with the GEN2. All these features which you have described as a matter of fact can hardly be found on any other makes/brands within the same segment (of 1600cc) in the Egyptian and other Proton export markets, which make the GEN2 a really “value for money” car compared to others. And in fact today we are proud to be the 1st Muslim country which can design and manufacture our own cars practically from scratch.



Like other makes/brands in the market, (even the BMW or Mercedes), we too cannot claim that our cars are PERFECT or 100% Defect Free ! As you are aware, a car is made of more than 10,000 parts and components from hundreds of suppliers and vendors. Hence, to achieve 100% Defect Free has been a dream of all cars manufacturers in the world until today.



Whilst acknowledging that there bound to be few glitches here and there (on quality related matters) of the cars, we do not stop from rectifying the problems and continuously improve our products and hope to completely eliminate all these problems soon.



What we have observed in Egypt so far is Not So Much on the quality issues/complaint, but perhaps on the level of customer services there which we feel need to be improved. Like in any other countries, when a customer does not get the level of services that he/she expected, then a small problem like wind noise or absorber can turn out to be a major issues if the problems are not resolved within the shortest time possible. And then you will start seeing all the complaints posted on the websites of the internet etc.



To pacify your worry and uncertainty on the quality or performance of the car, I would suggest you to visit our distributor there and test-drive the car yourself before deciding your purchase. Please call up Alpha Ezz Elarab and talk to Mr Habib Ibrahim (the Brand Manager) and tell him that you have voiced out your concern/view to me over the comments/complaints posted on the websites with regards to GEN2.

ايضا انا كان ليا وجهة نظر في موضوع التقيمات الضعيفه الي بتخدها العربيه بعكس ما قاله الكثير من ملاك السياره و وجهة نظري هي
دلوقتي الجين 2 وخده نجمه واحده من 5 في تقييم whatcar و ده اشهر موقع علي الاطلاق بينما لو جينا شفنا عربيه في نفس سعرها زي الانسر مثلا هنلاقيها 3 نجوم من خمسه فطبعا اول ما الناس هتشوف كده هتقول خليني في المضمون و ديه متسوبيشي و ياباني و ادي المواقع العالميه فعلا بتديها هقها و هنا لازم نقف واقفه في حكاية ال 3 نجوم
مواصفات السياره اللانسر الي واخده 3 نجوم مش هي الواصفات الي بتنزل مصر نهااااااااائي و لا في عوامل الامان ولا الرفاهيه و انا في رأي لو كانت الي بتنزل مصر هي الي خدت التقييم كانت خدت صفر عشان المواقع ديه بتهتم ب الامان جداا يعني abs و airbag جانبي و ebd و عوامل اخره كثيره ايضا غير الامان الي مش بتبقي موجوده لما بتنزل مصر
علي عكس الجين 2 الي هنا هي الي في امريكا هي الي في مالزيا يعني النجمه الواحده ديه تقييم العربيه الي عندنا هنا في مصر و ديه حاجه كويسه
ام بالنسبه للمتخوفين من السعر فالجين 2 سعرها طبيعي ام باقي العربيات هي الي مش طبيعي عشان التوكيل بيغلي فيها جداا عشان اسمها و اقل مثال المازدا 3 و غير عربيات تانيه كتير( أأاروا الاسعار من النت)
و انا اتوقع ان في خلال الكام سنه الي جايه بروتون هيبقي ليها موقعها و عربياتها هتغلي في مصر و بكده الناس مش هتخاف منها :D
التحليل ده كان من الناحيه النظريه ام العمليه ففي ناس كتبت عن تيست دريف للكار زي الاستاز سبعاوي و اعتقد ان 3/4 الناس الي معاهم العربيه بيشكروا فيها و انا ليه واحد صحبي معاه موديل 2006 و مش بيشتكي خالص ولا حتي من التقفيل
