Hi ...talkin about the air filter you can go with k&n for carb engines....it will add more noisy sound and a little HP increase and for the sparks plugs use the manual recommended type anything above will be a waste of money and you are asking about a sport suspension system for a lada !!! it will have a negative side more than positive one that you will feel more unstable at lower speeds and as i know lada is not that fast car ...only in case you speed more
than 120 kph and you feel problems

I'LL try to make it clear to you
as i understand you you were asking a question about using the 3 ground electrodes spark plug with the car first of all every type of car have a limit so if your car uses a 2 ground electrodes so the manufacturer realize that it will burn the whole mix of gas &air
so there will be no reason for pushing the engine to BURN MORE GAS more than BURN THE CURRENT GAS WITH
efficiency >>as i believe you will be consuming more gas which may fake the effect of more horse power

if you mean the racing spark plugs ...which in my mind increase performance for good...those are not made for a street car but if you want to install them anyway??okay ..those spark plugs are made for heavy duty work
They are not affected by higher heat levels
which mean they made for engines that fine-tuned to produce maximum horse power(which mean high engine temp
AND THEY work good under heavy vibration level that made by turbo charged engines
they increase performance of the car
they don't create a performance
