الموضوع: Koni FSD Review

I fitted the FSD's and took the car for a short drive around the block just to make sure everything was as it should be. I'm not sure what I was expecting at first, I kind of thought it would be harsher than standard, but it wasn't. The ride was pretty much the same as before I put them on, which for some reason was slightly dissapointing.

After this short drive, I checked everything over to make sure everything was still as it should be. All was OK so I thought I'd take it out on some more challenging roads to get a proper feel for the handling.

The first challenge was some speed bumps, where as with OE shocks it was a little bouncy going over them, with the FSD's it was very smooth and not bouncy at all, yet at the same time it was in no way harsh. It's difficult to describe , it's neither firm nor soft, it's just right.

I then headed off to some twisty, undulating roads around Bridgenorth and Ironbridge. I had been down the same roads last week and was bouncing all over the place. Now it was much better, body roll was minimal through the bends and they almost seemed to level out the road, where last week I was bouncing all over.

I just kept on pushing more and more around the bends as I got a better feel for the handling. I wouldn't have dreamt taking some of the corners how I did, but the car just took them in its stride as though I was going 20mph around town. I'd hate to think how far you can push this setup, certainly beyond anything I am going to throw at it.

In summary, these shocks provide a comfortable ride, no matter what you throw at it, and at no point will it feel harsh. Pretty much no chance of loosing any fillings, no matter how rough the road is.

Would I reccommend them: Definately.

yes you're right , a boy at arabcom said so , that manual adjust is better , but don't trust what he said.

I baught Splitfire from them first they didn't know which part to fit to my car
second when the mecanican didn't know if they fit I called them the answer was we don't know

Finally I return them back

That's why I search for that review and published it here once I found it

may be you are right about this but I trust car boys very much, they're mechanical engineers
Khaled Ghazi and someone else i can't recall his name, you can ask them whatever you want about the suspension and they will answer honestly.
by the way they import Konis for their own
and Arabcom requires you to install the Koni there to be able to keep the warranty.

Never heard about car boys , where can I find it?
and how to contact them before??
