غيرت البوجيهات من شهر مشيت كويس يومين ورجعت تانى مع انى جايب اغلى بوجيهات ال4 ب 50 جم
وقبليها رحت ظبت الهواء بالكمبيوتر من حوالى 3 شهور
وغيرت فلتر الهوا من 3 شهور ب 25 جم

CHECKING IGNITION COILS1.Measurement of the primary coil resistance.
Measure the resistance between connector terminals 3 and 1 (the coils at the No. 1 and No. 4 cylinder sides) of the ignition coil , and between terminals 3 and 2 (the coils at the No. 2 and No. 3 cylinder sides)(it should be between 0.45-1.15 ohms [25 °C {77 °F}] for each time).

2.Measurement of the secondary coil resistance.
Measure the resistance between the high-voltage terminal for the No. 1 and No. 4 cylinders, and between the high-voltage terminals for the No. 2 and No. 3 cylinders.
Be sure, when measuring the resistance of the secondary coil, to disconnect the connector of the ignition coil(it should be between 5.0k-6.0k ohms [25 °C {77 °F}] for each time )..x.

الخطوات دي أنا أرشحلك انها تتعمل في التوكيل علشان تتأكد ان طرمبتك سليمة بس الخطوات دي للعلم وابقى غير اللي بايظ بس
وريح دماغك من الصرف في التجارب الفاشلة

FUEL PRESSURE TEST1.Reduce the internal pressure of the fuel pipes and hoses by the following procedures:

(1)

Disconnect the fuel pump harness connector after removing the rear seat cushion.

(2)

Start the engine and, after it stops by itself, turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.

(3)

Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.

(4)

Connect the fuel pump harness connector.

2.Remove the upper eye bolt while holding the fuel filter nut securely.
Cover the hose connection with a shop towel to prevent splashing of fuel caused by residual fuel pressure in the fuel line.

3.Using the fuel pressure gauge connector , install the fuel pressure gauge to the fuel filter. Tighten the bolt to the specified torque.

4.Connect the battery's negative (-) terminal.

5.Apply battery voltage to the terminal for the pump drive and activate the fuel pump. Then, with fuel pressure applied, check that there is no fuel leakage from the pressure gauge or connection part.
6.Start the engine and let it idle.
7.Disconnect the vacuum hose from the pressure regulator and plug the hose end. Measure the fuel pressure at idle.
8.Measure the fuel pressure when the vacuum hose is connected to the pressure regulator.

9.If the results of the measurements made in steps (7) and (8) are not within the standard value, use the table below to determine the probable causes, and make the necessary repairs.

c.Low discharge pressure of the fuel pump.

c.Check the in-tank fuel hose for leakage or replace the fuel pump.
Fuel pressure too high
a.Sticking fuel-pressure regulator.
b.Clogged or bent fuel return hose or pipe.
a.Replace fuel pressure regulator
b.Repair or replace hose or pipe.
There is no difference in fuel pressure when the vacuum hose is connected and when it is not.
a.Clogging, or damaged vacuum hose of the nipple.
b.Sticking or poor seating of the fuel-pressure regulator.
a.Repair or replace the vacuum hose or the nipple.
b.Repair or replace hose or pipe.

10.Stop the engine and check for a change in the fuel pressure gauge reading, which should hold for approximately 5 minutes. If the gauge indication drops, observe the drop rate.

Determine the causes according to the following table.

Fuel pressure drops immediately after engine is stopped
a.The check valve within the fuel pump is open
a.Replace fuel pump

11.Reduce the fuel pressure in the fuel line.
12.Disconnect the hoses and the gauge.
Cover on the hose connection with a shop towel to prevent splashing of fuel caused by fuel residual pressure in the fuel line.
13.Replace the O-ring of the end of the hose.
14.Connect the fuel hose to the delivery pipe and tighten with the specified torque.
15.Check for fuel leakage.

أما بالنسبة للكابلات شوف مقاومتهم كلهم بالافوميتر بس للأسف دي طريقة لاتجزم بصلاحيتهم فانت الأحسن انك تغيرهم دول مش غاليين..

ومتنساش كل القياسات بالافو للكويل والكابلات والعربية باردة

و بعد كده نشوف عيب الطرمبه زى ما الاخ مروان قال بس احنا ناخد بالسهل الاول

واشتري أفوميتر ب35 جنيه من المكان اللي بيتباع فيه المعدات ولوازم الورش

وأنا هامشي معاك خطوة خطوة

زي ما قولت قبل كدة ان قياس المقاومة في الكابلات بيختلف بناءا على طولها ودرجة حررتها وقت القياس وممكن برضه تتقاس بس نتيجة القياس مش دايما دليل على صلاحيتها..

علشان كده لازم يركب كابلات جديدة علشان نبقى ضامنين ان الكهرباء ذات الفولط العالي بتوصل بطريقة صحيحة في جميع ظروف التشغيل (في جميع درجات الحرارة المختلفة) علشان ما نشتتش نفسنا واحنا بدور على العيب ده لو لسه موجود.

ماتنساش اني بعالج العيوب عن بعد مش شغال فيها بايدي

وممكن يكون العيب حاجة بسيطة جدا وان شاء الله أعملها في خمسة دقائق بس العربية مش قدام عيني..

والكلام اللي طرحته بخصوص الكشف عن الكويل و الطرمبة بيؤيد كلام حضرتك
لأن الحاجات دي غالية

ودا لانى لا اثق بطايفة الصنايعية - قصدى اليهود - وبحب اعمل حاجتى بايدى حتى لو ما نفعتش
بس ممكن ايميلك او تليفونك يا استاذ مروان

استاذ احمد كار تنظيف الرشاشات بيبقى فى مكان معين من ضمنهم مكان فى اول فيصل بينظف الواحد ب 50 جم بجهاز الليزر.

عموماً ان فى واحد زميلى قالى ان فيه 2 حساس بيتقاسوا بالاضافة الى ظبط الهوا مع البنزين بالكمبيوتر اللى انا عملته قبل كده ونصحنى انى اعمله تانى لان المسمار بيتحرك بعد فترة بالاضافة الى قياس الحساسين اللى فى العربية بالكمبيوتر
