Salam alaikom dear brothers,
Kindly accept my humble participation
The belly has two types of fats subcutaneous and visceral fats. to make it simple, let's say that one is more stubborn than the other in terms of burning it. Fats in general act as a store for energy. They have other functions like forming an insulating layer to prevent heat loss from the body and regulating homeostasis and other functions, but let's talk about it in terms of energy since
this is the main concern of this topic.
In order to lose fat we need to put into practice the simple
to say yet hard to follow equation... energy consumed must be higher than energy intake! what causes obesity? simply said energy intake higher than energy being used up by your body. of course there are more complicated factors like your own unique genes and rate of ....bolism which is controlled by thyroid gland and your lifestyle, working environment (sitting all day jobs are your worst enemy). but let's make it simple and say it is energy in compared to energy out.The first thing that comes into mind when we talk about consuming energy and burning fat is the magic word EXERCISE.
Among the numerous health benefits of physical exercise is of course as can everybody guess...losing weight or the other word we're striving to "burning fat". When talking about belly fat we need first to know some facts. There's NO such a thing as spot training or targeting a specific body area to reduce fat. Exercising your abs (abdominals) will NOT reduce fat on your belly . it will make your abs muscles stronger which is a good thing as it helps with the lower back muscles to stabalize your trunk (upper body). So to reduce the belly fat we need to work on reducing all over bodyfat. This can only be acheived by exercise, exercise and exercise and of course a proper healthy diet. and if you allow me to add another factor...Commitment.
If you're not willing to be committed to some training and diet regimen it is not going to work. interest only is not enough/There's a difference between interest and commitment.Read this: "When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.”
Using the vibrator belt is not gonna help without exercise and proper diet. at best all it is going to do is what a massage will do to your body.It is all about marketing some equipments or devices and somehow convince you that it is going to help you achieve your dreams of becoming fit at the comfort of your home by using exceptionally good looking and fit
models for the before and after comparison.
Imagine going to the gym, you buy a membership then you go to sportswear mall get all the fancy atheletic clothes then go to a friend give him your membership card and the fancy clothes and tell him "Ok here's the deal take this stuff and I'm gonna give you 100 pounds a month on one condition YOU go to the gym and make ME fit in 3 months!!!" Do you think this sounds logic...Or let's say instead of driving a manual car you get an automatic car and you put the shift gear on D then you move into the passenger's seat. how far your car will take you!!!! You want to lose fat you need to force your body to work and
burn more more energy than it takes in. Period.
Another factor to consider when talking about energy intake
which is simply in the form of the food we eat, it is not just the quantity...quality plays an important role too.Rule #1 : AVOID JUNK FOOD (Burgers, chips, carbonated drinks)...increase your protein intake and lower your carbs and fat intake but never down to zero as people mistakenly believe. your body still needs some carbs and fats from good sources to function properly or if completely deprived it will affect skin, nails, vision, hormonal balance and a lot more. The key here is to get the right amounts and taking more protein will help burn more calories as protein is relatively harder to digest.
Another misconception is keeping the body hungry or fasting thinking that this will help reduce body fat. To a certain extent it is true but not absolutely true. Remember when we said above that ....bolism is part of the game. What is ....bolism? it can be translated simply by the burning of food to produce energy to be used by the body. In Ramadan, we only suffer the first few days then we get used to it.What actually happens?Well, your body is very intelligent you've to be very smart to trick it. your body will get the message that for some reason this is a time for starvation so the body responds with its built-in mechanisms to keep you alive by slowing down the ....bolic rate. Now when trying to lose fat, a slow ....bolic rate is not really very helpful. we need a high ....bolic rate (within healthy limits of course) to turn your body into a burning furnace. the trick to do that is instead of starving your body for long hours, do exactly the opposite.. take in smaller more frequent meals but with low calories. of course there are pills that increase ....bolism by increasing thyroid hormone levels but we're trying to keep this as natural as possible by diet and exercise to avoid any side effects.Another misconception people think that water makes them fat because of the feeling of fullness after drinking water...Water has no caloric value... Drink plenty of water. It has more functions in your body than just satisfying your thirst, more than I can write in words.Of course being in Egypt you get the immunity from drinking from the great Nile with all the toxins, dirt and chemicals from factories and dead animals
...
Eat more fibers, fruits and vegetables. These will help you get the essential vitamins and nutrients while again will consume energy to digest it.
Hope you find this information of benefit to you. Again it is all about commitment, but it has to be knowledgable commitment. No fancy device or magic pill will do the trick. Please note that I'm not a doctor. The above information is my own experience and acquired knowledge over the years of training, before submitting myself willingly to the life sentence with no appeals in the asylum (getting married)
Please note that for some reason I cannot edit the format and also some words do not appear as I wrote them one of the missing words that says ...bolism is
Thank you for taking the time to read it and accept my best wishes of
leading a healthy and successful life.
and it comes to be that the soothing light at the end of your tunnel was just a freight train coming your wayComment
