you should notice that the extra 4kg is unsprung weight which is more effective than a regular weight in the trunk on the other hand it appears that the tyre width didn't have so much effect on weight ??

i recommend you to leave the current rim size but install a wider tyres
195 or 185

sure thing... none sprung weight has more effect on handling than any other weight inside the car... this is why people try to get the lightest rims they can to reduce non sprung weight and enhance suspension performance

the rotating mass on the other hand is what affetcs acceleration in the way i explained before so in summary a heavier wheel/rim setup is anything but good... it will make you slower and ruin your suspension performance.
