Megane 2 - Engine stops!!!

Hello everyone..need ur advice over here, the case is when am starting the engine, it stops zen i ve to restart it again and it works, it happened many times throughout the day no matter the engine is cold or hot..

secondly, how long could the car survive after reach 60,000 km and before doing the service of 60,000
and can i change only the oil for now or shall i make it altogether

finally, do anyone know how much it cost the megane sign at the back for megane hatchback

try while starting the engine to press the accelerator pedal, to bring the engine revs up to more than 2000 RPM, if this keeps the engine running and not stalling then this means you have a fault with the crankshaft sensor , if not then you might have a problem with the fuel pump.

As for the main maintenance (60 K), there is not fixed measure to say how much can the car continue like that, he problem is mainly with the timing belt (seer elkateena ), if this failed the car is in serious trouble, otherwise you can continue with everything else for long time, so it's better and safer to do the maintenance ASAP.

Regarding the Megane "badge" at the rear end i remember it was something like 120 LE, and the original was a bit more

For the first piece of the problem may be a malfunction in a circle, or power of the spark plugs for the piece you have to go to the power of attorney
Megan Valencia for the tag is present from the first 50 pounds to 120

Farahat, thanks a million for your feedback, i will try to make it soon but need to manage a proper time..still u didn't tell me if i can change z oil for now and it is for how much and whether i will have to change it again with the 60,000 km service

1-حساس كامه .... حيتنظف قبل ما يتغير.

2-اخرك 65 الف كيلو .... ومتنسيش ان في مشكله في الدفيزور عندك.

3- محمد حيكلمك النهارده عشان يجي يعملهولك في الجراج عندك.

one more thing, i changed oil and changed filter but still the service message "change oil soon" still blinking, any clue

For this you have to reset the service counter by getting the " change oil soon " message displayed and pressing that button in the wipers lever until the message disappears

For the Megane sign at the back, from the dealer it was sold for around 250 EGP but this was 3 years ago.

I believe you can get a new one from elsewhere for around 50 or may be less.

سؤال غتيت........علل مع ذكر الأسباب و الدوافع :)

ال top dead sensor هل هو هو ال crankshaft sensor ولا ده حاجة تانية ؟

أنا عندى نفس المشكلة و ما زالت موجودة

بتظهر لو العربية باردة أو لو ركنت 3 أو 4 ساعات

أحياناً بتدور و تبطل على طول و أحياناً مش بتدور من أول مرة و بتدور من تانى مرة.

تم تغيير الحساس المذكور أعلاه Top dead sensor و طرمبة البنزين فى التوكيل.....و لسه المشكلة موجودة بس بشكل أقل من الأول.

سؤال تانى..........هترجع أمتى ؟ الكارت اللى معايا بيستغيث :))))
