hello, good morning...
I am...., fiat...... 200... Owner in egypt.
I had a problem in my car at.... /.... /2012 (manifold issue) & i went here to omatra (as the authorized agent for fiat in egypt ) to check the my car & to get the original spare parts.
They said that the car need to change the following:..............
& they don't have these parts & they will request it from you directly & the process will take 2 weeks & i should leave the car for them & it will cost me..........
So, i agreed for that & i left my cat there...
After that i went to a local dealer just to check the. Availability of the spare parts & the price... Once i asked him for the spare parts, he asked me that's your car in the omatra service center isn't that right? I shocked really how did he know that.. So, i asked how u know? He told me that the agent called him requesting the spare parts & he told them that he has the used one and they will take it from him and for the half price sure!!!
So, i went back to omatra to get my car & the told me that they requested the parts already from u and my car will be ready after only 5days!!
How come that yesterday they said not less than 2 weeks then the parts surprisingly arrived from u as fast as this??
Omatra deals with the local dealers to get used or not genuine parts cheaper than you and put these stuff in the clients cars to get more profit ignoring the reputation of fiat and destroying the name of fiat..
U can proof that they didn't request these parts from u @ that day...
Omatra doesn't care for fiat and for me as a fiat owner... I don't have a problem to pay more to get the original parts. But, if they do that to get some extra money, fiat will loose by 2 ways...
Omatra deals with us by the name of fiat and skipping u... Which will decrease ur sales by the end...
& fiat will loose its reputation as a good car maker because these fake spare parts (used or non genuine)...
That what happened with me & it is not the first time to have problems with this agen omatra... Please consider this complaint with your high attention because i love fiat & i don't want to see fiat falling in egypt caused by a very bad agent....

انا عن نفسي معايا فيات قديم 131 و مش بروح التوكيل بس حزين على حال فيات الحالي في مصر
و كنت من فتره بعت ليهم بسئل على امكانيه ان فيات القديم برضه يكون له خدمه ف التوكيل بمعنى انها تكون خدمه احترافيه وكمان يسهلوا علينا موضوع قطع الغيار اللي بندوخ لحد لما نلاقيها اصليه
