The tires will still leak at a certain rate, and will need to be filled up regardless
Also the wear that the inside of an inflated tire takes due to oxygen corrosion is NOTHING compared to the wear experienced on the OUTSIDE of the tire by oxygen, water, , dirt, sun, pothholes, stupid speed bumps, cat's eye, etc
So I'm guessing that the chances of a tire failing due to exterior-based failure is WAY higher than that of inner-based failure
