We are A big group of GM Cars owners in Egypt want to forward A big Complaint About our local dealer Mansour Because of many reasons
1-Bad car Maintenance
For Example
1-A chevy cruze that turns off during driving with no obvious reason and its owner’s life was at risk many times and made a great accident
He went to Mansour Head Service Center many times every time They told him that the error has been Solved so he takes the car every time and while leaving the center the error appears again and the error hasn’t been solved until The seconds I wrote to you and he is going to suite GM Egypt and mansour and he has already made a complaint to Consumer Protection Agency

2-Khaled Ayman an Opel Vectra owner. After a weak of buying his car he found out that the car made accident formerly he found out that easily by the difference in color between the car and the repaired part.
-Bad acceleration and even worse when opening air conditioner.

انا فعلا هبيعها ..
بس فى نقطه ..
انا مش هبيع العربيه بالعيوب الى فيها ..
انا هصلح العربيه ...او بمعنى اصح الاساسيات ..زى عيب المقصات و البطاحات ...
و صاحب العربيه الجديد هيعرف مش هخبى عليه ..لانه كده كده لما يكشف عليها فى التوكيل هيعرف...

كان معانا فيكترا 2001 زيرو ..
المهم لمبه abs نورت ..
روحنا بيها دفره ..
قالو كنترول abs لازم يتغير و ب 8000 جنيه ..!!!
بعنا العربيه بسبب الموضوع ده..
الى خدها صاحب والدى ..
والدى بيقوله عملت ايه فى abs ؟؟ قاله ده الحساس كان ملمس ..عملته بشيكارتون !!

نفس الحركه حصلت معايا فى الاسترا و قالولى كنترول ب 8000 جنيه ..
عملتها عند ميكانيكى ..

(كسلت الزقه بقى) ب 5 جنيه

Dear respected Gneral Motors (Exact name)
We are a group of (10,20 ...etc) of gm cars owner’s in Egypt, We have to forward a massive collective complaint about our local dealer Mansour (Exact name). We would like first to understand why we send such complain, Many of us have faced may hassles and troubles for maintaining their cars and other problems stated here under. Please see also appendix for sample of cases.
1- Bad after sales car maintenance
2- Cars sold in showroom sometimes are repaired from accidents and sold as new cars!
3- Bad treatment from engineers and even technicians in regular maintenance visits and they are very inexperienced in car maintenance field.
4- Very high car prices, spare parts.
5- Many cars have problems in suspension system, RPM meter,

I am willing to receive your reply and hope to solve this matter gm cars are great and deserve a better dealer.
