الموضوع: شكوى من تويوتا ايجيبت بالميل, هل من مجيب؟

I sent this mail to toyota egypt and i was thinking to send to toyota japan directly but didn't find their mail.

Sorry its in english but this is how they will show more respect!!

Dear Sir,

My name is Mohamed Elsebaie and i am from Egypt.

I am sending this to whomever feel he has responsibility for Toyota reputation and entitled to take actions.

You have 2 options, first: you can neglect this totally and then at this time, Toyota name will mean nothing to me,
and while this may seem trivial, but actually its not,
it resembles the falling down of the last idea of believing in greatness, quality, integrity and honesty manifested in one
word: Toyota. These are the most precious assets Toyota own.

And while also deciding that am not going to choose Toyota again in the future for me and not recommending to other people may seem trivial, again its not. it is against what you have been faithful and dedicated to while caring Toyota name and brand.

Second option is to show your care, to listen, and to take whatever the action you should feel appropriate with
Toyota name.

I have purchased Toyota Yaris 2007.
i know that it has 1300 CC & 92 HP engine from the ads made by Toyota Egypt all the time on different local newspapers.
then i found on Toyota Egypt website that the Yaris 1300cc engine is just 63 KW which means its only about 84 HP.

I tried calling Toyota Egypt many many times, with most of the time their auto answering system failing me or with
answering then diverting me to another branch then from an extension to another then to another and to another!

One of the technical guys who once answered told me the following incredible lines:
"Do you want to know exactly how much HP it is?
its 93 HP exactly at 4500 RPM almost!"

I told him how its 92 in your newspaper ads and how you are saying its 93 and how its 84 on your web site?!
And how he says "exactly" and "almost" together for confirming certain info and he seemed he knew nothing!

then he gave me another extension to call!
and then no answer as usual or when they do they say hold on then end the call from their side as if it is done
accidentally.

So much of lies, mean manners, non professionalism that i am really thinking to file a court complain against Toyota Egypt or at least contacting the Headquarters directly in Japan.

I feel deceived & cheated by false ads from Toyota Egypt a partner of Toyota, pretending they are honest & the best.
i feel angry and i feel they are false.
they are liers and they are everything but Toyota morals & ethics.

I need a clear clarification from your side and i am really in great need to know that those lying folks
have got what they deserve.

Please do not neglect this and take reasonable action.

No one answered me yet, and this is expected but i really intend to take it as far as i can as and as my time allows me to do so.
