you can install a turbo system with no problems... having 2 control units is not a problem

And please spare me the whole "how to maintain" talk because with such a weak aftermarket scene here in Egypt, I find it a nightmare to own a forced induction vehicle

we are capable of installing\maintaining turbo systems... just wait till the wiring rebuild of the 535 turbo is done and i will post a ton of pics and vids of that beast

is it possible and easy to turbo charge a honda civic d15 engine 1.5 litre model 1999 lxi right now it is 109 bhp

if yes how much will it totaly cost and how much horse power will it gain .

and will the engine need some modification like changing the pistons and rods

and finaally how long will it take to install the kit ?

1- yes it is possible

2- cost is around 5000 LE and power is some 50% of engine rated power (some 160HP)

3- if you are going at low boost ( 6-7 PSI) then no

4- parts acquiring is some 10 days (car is not needed) and the actual installation will take some 3 to 4 days (car will be at our custody)

In other words and in my opinion a naturally aspirated highly compressed engine putting down something like 160-170 hp is much better than turbocharging and all it's hassle

dont you think that installing a supercharger is better cuz it dont have the pain of oil lines and manifold and intercoolers and do u offer thm ?
